Corduff Raferagh Community Association’s AGM takes place this Wednesday May 13 at 9pm in the Community Centre. New members are always welcome. All groups and clubs are asked to send a representative to the AGM as this is the communities Centre.
First Holy Communion – Next Saturday the children of Corcreagh National School will celebrate the sacrament of First Holy Communion with their classmates, families and friend. We wish everyone a lovely and blessed day.
Raferagh May Procession – The Annual May Procession in honour of Our Lady will take place in Raferagh on Wednesday May 27th at 7.00pm. We encourage you to join the procession on the road to the Grotto. The Rosary will be recited and Hymns sung, followed by Mass at 7.30pm. We extend a special invitation to the children of the parish who made their First Holy Communion and Confirmation to join us in the Procession. Please note that the Mass on Wednesday 27th May in Raferagh at 7.30pm is available for the booking of Anniversaries.
Trad Session will take place in the Mountain Dew on Friday 15th May.

Annual Procession with the Blessed Sacrament 2026 – This year’s procession will take place on Sunday 24th May at 3pm. We would like to extend a warm welcome to the children of our Faith Community, who celebrated the sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation this year, to also join in the procession.
Procession Route 2026. The route this year will be as follows, starting from St Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross at 3pm – turning left to Donaghmoyne Road, left via Cloughvalley, turning left on to the Castleblayney Road toward Main Street, turn left at Main Street towards O’Neill Street back to St Joseph’s. Benediction will take place outside St Joseph’s Church at approximately 4pm
Friends of Carrick Cancer Society 2026 Campaign. The Flora Mini Marathon will take place on Sunday, 31st May. Anyone who has signed up and would like to do the mini marathon for Carrick Cancer, or if you would like to register to take part, please contact a committee member (see below).
